Does it cost anything to have a Something Frivolous Party?
No, parties are free. You just provide the venue and invite the guests and we will do the rest. In fact, as soon as your sales go over £100, WE PAY YOU in FREE and DISCOUNTED products! So the more people you get to come, the better for you. Click HERE for full details of our Host Rewards. How do I pay at a party?
We can take cash or personal cheques (with a valid guarantee card) as payment. We plan to have card processing facilities very soon though so check with your Consultant. Please note that our Consultants cannot offer credit. Can guests take their purchases home straight away?
Yes! We sell live from the table so that you don't have to wait to start enjoying your frivolous goodies! However, if your Consultant doesn't have enough of a particular item for everyone who wants one, she may be able to order it for you to be delivered within five working days. Likewise, if you'd like something in another colour or design, ask your Consultant and she'll try to get it for you.
I want free and discounted product but can't host a party at the moment. What can I do?
You could be a virtual hostess - all the benefits of being a host without having to throw an actual party. Simply collect orders and payment from your guests, using the link to our online shop and your Consultant will process the orders for you and give you the FREE and DISCOUNTED shopping as if you had hosted a real party. Not as much fun maybe, but just as many freebies!

Do you do fundraising parties?
Yes! We can help you raise funds for your favourite group or organisation. We will donate 10% of all sales and a raffle prize. Visit our FUNDRAISING page for more details.
Can Something Frivolous come to my work?
Yes! We often visit offices, hospitals and other places of work during the day (lunchtimes tend to work best). If you are the person responsible for booking external traders, please visit our BOOK A PARTY page. If not, you can send us a message through our CONTACT US page and we'll get in touch to see what we can organise for you.
What is your returns and refunds policy?
We cannot refund unwanted goods unless they are damaged or faulty. We pride ourselves in sourcing high quality products from trusted suppliers. However, if you need to return an item because it is faulty please contact your Consultant. To read our Terms of Sale in full, click HERE
I have booked a party but need to re-schedule. What should I do?
Please contact your Consultant directly to rebook. If you cannot find her contact details you can send us a message through our CONTACT US page.
We understand that sometimes things crop up and you might need to change your date. However, please be aware that our Consultants are all self-employed and are paid on a commission basis. A cancelled party looses our Consultants vital income. If you can't hold your party on the date you originally booked for, please give as much notice as you can so that your Consultant can try to rebook the date with another Host. Please do consider rescheduling rather than cancelling your party.
